We have 3 mold workshops, die-casting workshops, CNC workshops, surface treatment workshops, polishing workshops, packaging workshops, raw material storage warehouses, and quality inspection rooms, including die-casting lean lines, deburring automatic production lines, lean machining center assembly lines, and cleaning lines, passivation line, with an annual production capacity of more than 50,000 tons of precision castings and various types of castings.

First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final products, we will do a full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards; then, we have the advanced and complete top-notch inspection equipment in the industry: an X-ray inspection Machine, three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument, spectrum analyzer, universal tester, digital projector, hardness tester, roughness detector, gas leak detector, 3D scanner. The above-mentioned equipment can fully ensure that customers are provided with high-precision final castings and finished products, and at the same time ensure that customers' comprehensive testing requirements for physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric dimension testing are met.

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance upon receipt of the bill of lading. Our payment method is mostly T/T, of course, e L/C is also acceptable. Specific payment methods can be negotiated.

Usually, we ship by sea because we are in Ningbo, which is only 9.2 kilometers away from Ningbo Port, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are both very close to us.
